The store sells products to individuals of full age. The VAT is included in the product prices. We reserve the right to change the prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are purchased by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the shopping cart's contents by using an online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Unless otherwise stated, the contact information indicated during order placement will only be used for delivering the order or clarifying any doubts that may occur. By placing an order in the store, you acknowledge that you read and accepted the shipping conditions valid at the moment of placing the order.

Paying and payment methods

Klarna Payments (Klarna AB) and Paytrail Oyj act as the store's payment services.

Klarna payments offers the following payment options: invoice, installment plan, card and online bank payments.

Payment service provider Paytrail

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc appears as the payee on a bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is licensed by a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product as a matter of priority.

Order and payment confirmation

Immediately after receiving your order, we'll sent you an order confirmation to your email with information about the order. Make sure that you check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Keep the order confirmation in case you needed to contact the customer service. When contacting the customer service, always have your potential customer number and order number at hand. Always make sure that the parcel contents match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs contain both postage and packaging costs. The shipping costs displayed in the shopping cart are an estimate based on the primary shipping method. To see the exact shipping costs, select the desired shipping and payment method for your order. The available shipping methods depend on the shopping cart's contents and total weight. You are welcome to select at checkout the shipping method that suits your needs best. The exact shipping costs are displayed for all available shipping methods.

Shipping costs Finland

Shipping costs in Finland are 6,90 €/order when choosing pick-up from Matkahuolto or Posti Parcel Point. Delivery to home using Matkahuolto Home Delivery Parcel costs 10,90 €/order.

All the orders over 50 € in Finland will always be delivered free of charge to Matkahuolto or Posti Parcel Point.

Shipping methods Finland

Pick-up from Matkahuolto Parcel Point

Your order will be delivered to Matkahuolto’s parcel locker or service point normally within 1-3 business days. Your closest parcel points will be listed at the check-out based on your chosen delivery address.

You can track your parcel with the consignment number provided to you via e-mail after shipping your order. You can track your parcel on Matkahuolto’s website www.matkahuolto.fi. When your order is ready to be picked up at the Parcel Point Matkahuolto will send you confirmation via SMS or e-mail.

You can pick up your parcel from the chosen Parcel Point by showing your ID. If another person will pick up the parcel for you, they will also need signed mandate besides the ID. The parcels delivered to Matkahuolto’s parcel locker will be available for pick-up with a PIN-code that is provided in the confirmation notification.

Please notice that you can choose either Matkahuolto’s parcel locker or service point as a pick-up location.

Pick-up from Posti Parcel Point

Your order will be delivered to Posti’s parcel locker or service point normally within 1-3 business days. Your closest parcel points will be listed at the check-out based on your chosen delivery address.

You can track your parcel with the consignment number provided to you via e-mail after shipping your order. You can track your parcel on Posti’s website www.posti.fi. You will get confirmation of arrival and PIN-code via SMS. Parcel will be available for pick-up with the PIN-code.

Your parcel will be stored for 7 days in Posti’s parcel locker or service after which it will be returned to the sender.

Please notice that you can choose either Posti’s parcel locker or service point as a pick-up location. If your chosen parcel locker is not available your parcel will be delivered to the nearest available Posti’s Parcel Point.

Matkahuolto Home Delivery Parcel

Matkahuolto Home Delivery Parcel will be delivered to your door normally within 1-3 business days and in some cities also at evenings and during Saturdays.

You can track your parcel with the consignment number provided to you via e-mail after shipping your order. You will get a SMS notification to confirm the appropriate delivery time.

With your permission the parcel can also be left to your home door without a signature.

Pick-up from Muurla Store

When choosing pick-up from Muurla Store your order will normally be available for pick-up on next business day after 3pm. This information is valid until further notice.

Muurla Store is located in the following address: Muurlantie 9, 25130 Muurla. Muurla Store is open from Monday till Friday between 10am-18pm.

Your order will be stored for 14 days after receiving the confirmation of your order.

Shipping costs EU-countries & Norway

Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight, volume and destination of the parcel.

Shipping costs to EU-countries and Norway will be between 11,90 € and 32,90 € depending on destination and the weight and volume of the parcel. You will always see the final shipping costs at the check-out when you have added your delivery information and chosen your delivery method.

All the orders over 120 € will always be shipped to EU-countries and Norway free of charge.

Shipping methods EU-countries & Norway

GLS Euro Business Parcel

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address via GLS Euro Business Parcel service normally within 2–6 business days. The delivery time depends on the shipping destination.

Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday during regular business hours. After the first delivery attempt, the parcel will be transported to a local pick-up point.

You can track your parcel with the consignment number provided to you via e-mail after shipping your order. You can track your parcel on GLS.website and GLS-app.

Posti Parcel Connect

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address via Posti Parcel Connect service normally within 2-5 business days. The delivery time depends on the shipping destination.

Delivery time

The most common delivery times in Finland are 2-7 days depending on the order and shipping method. The exceptions to these times may occur if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock products. You will be also informed about potential delays immediately after placing the order.

We do not take responsibility for delays that occurred on grounds of force majeure, or indirect losses caused by the delay. The online store will inform on its website about exceptions to the regular delivery times.

Please notice that during special offer campaigns delivery times may vary.

Return policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Unclaimed packages

Not claiming a package is not tantamount to canceling or returning an order. Packages that haven't been claimed and for which no notice of cancelation has been provided are still subject to shipping costs.

In the event of a problem

If a product has been lost or damaged in transportation, or does not match your order, notify us within 14 days by writing to the address indicated in the Right of cancellation and return policy section or by calling the number indicated in the contact information. If the package has been clearly damaged during transportation, file a complaint immediately to the logistics company whose shipping method you selected.
